1. Airflow & Filtration System:Top-down airflow design with 3-stage high-efficiency filtration. It removes over 99.5% dust and paint mist, ensuring a dust-free spraying environment and smooth finish. Optional exhaust treatment includes activated carbon, UV photocatalysis and water curtain systems to meet environmental standards.
2.Lighting & Visibility:LED shadowless lighting with 5500–6500K natural light color and brightness over 800Lux. All lamps are explosion-proof and flicker-free, allowing clear observation of color, gloss and coating quality.
3.Heating & Curing System: Intelligent constant temperature control supports 20–25℃ for spraying and 40–80℃ for drying. Multiple heating options: electric, diesel, gas and heat pump. Optional humidity control improves coating quality in wet environments.
4.Safety & Explosion-Proof:Full explosion-proof electrical design, fire dampers, pressure relief valves, gas detection alarms and emergency stop functions. The whole system is grounded to prevent static electricity and fire risks.
5.Intelligent Control:PLC touch screen control for one-key switching between spray, drying and standby modes. Variable frequency fans save over 30% energy. The system supports fault self-diagnosis for easy maintenance.
6.Structure & Material:Modular insulated sandwich panel structure with good heat preservation and easy installation. Heavy-duty galvanized steel floor grilles support high load. Good sealing and noise reduction ensure stable and quiet operation.
